Every time I try to connect my HTC Evo phone to my computer through USB, it only charges and it doesn't show sync or disk drive menu. This started after I did a factory reset. Can you help?

If you can't select Sync/Mass Storage from the HTC Evo display while connecting it to the computer, remove the battery, wait 5-10 seconds and connect it again. If it is not working, press Windows + R key combination on your computer, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver (ADB) and press Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the device using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If the problem persists, try using another cable. If this doesn't help, you will need to visit a local service center.
